NHC Annual Report 2011

In the NHC's 2011 Annual Report, you can read about Ales Bialiatski, the head of the well-known human rights organisation Viasna in Belarus, who in October 2011 was sentenced to four-and-a-half years in prison, the denial of war crimes committed in the Western Balkans and about our reopening of the NHC representative office in Kazakhstan and the strikes and killings in the west of the country. The annual report also gives an account of the developments in all the countries and regions the NHC is involved in, in addition to an overview of all the NHC's activities in 2010.
