Jean-Christophe is senior adviser for EEA and Norway grants
He is the civil society contact point in Norway for the EEA Grants, under a contract with the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He works with EU affairs and matters related to democracy and civil society in Europe.
Civil society is the backbone of democracy. And it is vital that we do all we can to strengthen it.
Prior to joining NHC, Jean-Christophe worked in the international development sector, first managing EU structural funds in Mayotte, just north of Madagascar, then in Norway with Norec (earlier known as Fredskorpset).
Jean-Christophe has studied international relations at the London School of Economics, and European politics at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. He is fluent in Norwegian, English and French.
